Health Home Aide

Our 24-hour Live-in Care that is provided by Home Health Aides offers you peace of mind by providing your loved ones with constant assistance and supervision. Live-in Care provides companionship for your loved one throughout the day and night in the comfort and security of their home. CNA

CNAs provide personal care to our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist. CNAs are tasked with: Assistance with bathing, Prepare and serve meals, Light housekeeping, Assist with activities of daily living, Assist with ambulation and transfers, Remind patients to self administer medications.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy services aim to improve the quality of life of you and your loved ones by recovering the ability to eat and swallow, improving cognitive skills for increased independence, and helping to regain communication skills to express wants, needs and ideas. Our therapists assess your loved ones’ real-world needs and individualize their personal treatment.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapists evaluate your loved ones’ ability to perform activities of daily living, guide them toward independence, and help them to conserve energy and restore function. Patients who have had a stroke or cardiac episode, spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery or arthritis can all benefit from occupational therapy services.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists strive to utilize their comprehensive knowledge of the muscular and nervous systems in order to permanently improve the quality of life of your loved ones. Therapists provide an initial and ongoing assessment in order to determine each patient’s physical and psychosocial level of functioning. Our physical therapy services address a wide range of needs and concerns.

Nursing Service

Our nurses enact the plan of care that has been developed by the physician and rehabilitation team in order to ensure the most effective treatment. Each nurse is available as a clinical resource, a care coordinator, a primary care provider, a teacher, a consultant, and team member.
